Email and log data: generally 30 days after transmission. Backup data: 7 days. Remaining data is deleted within 90 days of account termination.

For product inquiries, the transferred information consists of the product, inquiry type, name, email address, inquiry details and email delivery metadata. The recipient, destination country, purpose, timing, method and retention periods are the same as above.

You may refuse consent to overseas transfers. If you do not consent, you may email contact@wellune.com instead of using the website form. The email service's retention periods may vary depending on the contracted plan and legal obligations.

Deletion of personal information

Personal information is deleted without delay when its retention period ends or its processing purpose has been fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted using methods that prevent recovery; printed materials are shredded or incinerated.
